Read this article and think...Mexico Gangs Display Severed Heads...Are these the guys you want jumping the borders on drug runs? I sure as hell know I don't.
Take the case of border patrol agents,
Jose Alonso Compean
& Ignacio Ramos.
Both were sentenced to 12 years and 11 years respectively for shooting a drug-smuggling suspect in the ass as he fled from them across the US border. The charges were; causing serious bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon, discharge of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence and a civil rights violation. Are you kidding me. Civil rights violation. The man was a drug dealer & not a legal citizen of the United States. He has no civil rights. Ramos, an 8 year vet of the Naval Reserve and nominee for Border Patrol Agent of the year, the previous year shoots a man fleeing with over 800lbs of marijuana in a van...In light of the above article, read this one on the border agents...Border Agents Sentenced to Prison...Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila of Mexico, the scum bag dealer, received full medical treatment and full immunity from you guessed it... The United States of Handouts. Yet another shining example of... THIS SHIT HAS GOT TO STOP. When people decide to break laws aimed specifically at the downfall of another, put law obiding citizens in harms way, or enter into a restricted area without cause or with the intent of wrong doing, YOU LOSE YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS. Yet in this country of suck ass do nothing hands in pocket shit eating pie faced aclu card carrying judges, these guys get immunity. Bullshit.
Ramos and Compean at the most extreme should receive a slap on the wrist, a suspension if even that, just to save the Governmental two face. 12 years in prison is insane. Pedophiles, rapists, hell OJ Simpson got less. I would rather send the message that if you enter this country with the intent to do wrong, you get shot. Shot in the ass no less. It's not even a life threatening wound. Here's another one... now if these guys can get off clean...NYPD Officers Sued...and our Border guards get slapped with 12 years, there are some serious problems in this countries legal system. (But I'm not telling you anything that you don't already know. At least I hope I'm not) Oh by the way, the ass shot smuggler is also sueing the US Government for $5 million.
Sorry, but I can't say enough about this. I think it's time to pack my shit and move to Australia, at least they seem to have a little common sense.
I had so much to say & no one to listen. And then it happened... I began writing.

The face of an Idiot
In this day an age, when the security of not only our nation, but all nations is constantly and consistently threatened, you have to wonder how stupid someone would have to be to spread even a whisper of a bombing or mass killings.
I remember back at my old work, there was a box with wires sticking out of it, and someone jokingly wrote the word, 'Bomb' on it. This of course was after 9-11. A security guard walking by saw the labled box, with the suspicious content and decided that this was cause for alarm. They shut down the whole area, and called state police in to investigate. Of course it was nothing, but I believe the author lost their job. In this day and age, these things are not to be fooled with. Simple.
In 2004 a group was arrested for spreading an internet hoax on the bombings of LA malls. In October 2005, two seperate groups were arrested for spreading hoaxes on 'dirty' bombs. A Mexican smuggler and a couple from China.
Spreading these types of hoaxes is, in my mind, a 'terrorist' threat. Plain and simple.
Back to our newest dumbass...
Jake Brahm
The question is, is five years in prison enough to get the word out? He is a first time offender with no criminal record. Will he even get that much time? I doubt it. But he should. When you look at what this fool has been up to, you begin to seriously doubt that five years would be enough.
For one thing, this hoax started as a contest with another friend to see who could circulate the scariest internet hoax. I'm guessing he won. His other activities include, via his myspace blog, all the times he has masturbated in 2006...The Smoking Gun... That's normal. When Mr. Brahm was arrested and told of the severity of his crime; a possible five years in prison and up to a $250,000 fine... Mr. Pull-n-Pop smirked.
Lets see how long that...

smile lasts when the boys at the Wisconsin Correctional Facility get ahold of that pretty face.
Good Luck asshole...and say, 'Hey' to Bubba for me.

Too much to say
Over the past week, events which took place left me with too much to say. I couldn't organize a single thought. North Korea, where the hell do you start? Here is a country that wants its sovereignty. Anything less, they claim is an act of war. Well in all honesty, isn't sovereignty exactly what we are giving them. Sovereignty is by definition: the authority of a state to govern itself; a self-governing state. What else are we giving them? They can now get their own money, their own trade agreements, their own power supplies, their own weapons, food. You name it, they will no longer have to be dependent on other nations charity. I see North Korea similar to a child that demands to leave his parents home, and then when he does, complains that he isn't getting his weekly allowance.
In North Korea, aka DPRK, the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, the law states that every able bodied male between the ages of 18-30 must join the military.
Which means that all of those men are absent from the daily tasks needed to 'build' a nation. They are absent from the fields, absent from the schools, the hospitals, you name it, they are not contributing to it. North Korea spends more than a quarter of their gross national product on the military. Who the hell are these guys afraid of? The South would rather have peace and their biggest supporter, or ally, China....stated that in no way would they consider military action against the crazy state. So what the hell is their problem? Japan? The US? Japan doesn't have much of a military, they would just throw old model walkmans at them, and the US, well they aren't even remotely ready for us. I believe if a war were to happen with North Korea, it would be a war of missiles... and even if they are nuclear, they still don't have the power. I would be scared out of my mind if I was a Southy right now. They are the only ones who have anything to fear... well maybe China. However, one well placed nuke on China may wipe out close to 20 million.
But hey, they've got 980 million more. It's amazing how in this day and age, and I swear there is a regression happening, not only in intelligence, but also in simple basic views, how the threat of war is a symbol for peace.
On this topic, I have no choice but to give President Bush some praise on the issue. North Korea is nothing more than a terrorist. That's it. Well not North Korea as a whole, but Kim Jong il.
The threats that they are supplying, are no worse than Osama making video tapes calling on the destruction of the west. Caving in to the pressures that they are mounting, in my mind would be nothing more than a cowardice act on our part. Let China deal with them... let Japan, South Korea, India even Russia deal with their crap.
Here is a flip side... that's what I am trying to offer, some alternate views. What we spend yearly on aid to North Korea would dramtically change the infastructures of many African communities. How about we use the Korean aid money to benefit the Sudan, or Liberia for that matter. With what we spend on foreign aid to governments which publicly blast the US... how about we use that money for something good. We tried giving to North Korea, they say, we want to be a sovereign state, which to me says, take your money and shove it. Okay assholes, bye bye. We take our business elsewhere. With what we spend in Iraq in just 3 days time, we can completely rebuild some nations. Entire nations. In Liberia, and yes, I was watching a program on it.. so I'm steeped in knowledge right now. In Liberia, the poorest nation in the world. The President, or ex-President, Charles Taylor who has gone into exile, paid himself millions a year, yet more than half of his country is without power, and clean drinking water. Although most of the world has written Africa off, there is much good that can be done there. Why not take aid money and do something positive with it? Did you know that most of the clothing that americans give to good will or salvation army, doesn't end up in the US,
it goes to countries in Africa. You ever watch the news and see some african kid with a gun and splif wearing a Jordan jersey, or a gap t-shirt. Companies in the US, and I know of one in particular in NY that buys thrown out clothing by the pound and then sells them to 3rd world nations. Why is it that the new Hollywood trend is to adopt kids from some of these nations? We should stop giving to the government powers that be, they only take the money and run anyway. Take the Liberian guy... how the hell was he able to pay himself 100 million/yr in the poorest nation on earth? Government aid maybe? Politicans stand back and say, "Hey, we've done our part, we have given them over 1 billion in aid over the past 5 years." Well bravo Washington. How about giving that aid to the people. How about making sure that dictators don't use that aid to supply an army, or that Foreign Nationals don't pocket the money, leading to rebellions and civilian demise. How about working with UN peace keeping troops to supply them with the means to actually stop rebellions from rising. How about sending in troops to Sudan and stopping Darfur? It can easily be done. Who the hell is going to stop us?
The US could quickly shed the most hated country label, if we actually started doing something positive. Although there are positives about Iraq... We toppled a dictator, which was needed. We are restoring energy, schooling, and hospitals to levels higher than pre-Saddam regime. But did we do it for those reasons? Probably not. Think of how beneficial it would be for the US to have a power base in the Middle East. Most politicans, in keeping with the polls, say that we should leave Iraq? Do they really want to completely leave? I highly doubt it. What happens when we leave? The country in a short time goes back to the craziness it was before. Only now, instead of one dictating family, they have several factions all looking for the oil pie. The Kurds, the shiites, the sunnis, the bathists... you name it, they are all greedy and they all want to rule. The problem is, they don't want a piece of the pie, which could be spread around to all the impoverished areas of the country, the want the whole pie. And we all know, when you get 8 people wanting a pie that has only 5 slices... someone is going without, someone ends up missed, someone wants revenge, and that someone eventually will either be asked to leave the party, or thrown out by bouncers, or... they stand up and fight, which in the Middle East seems to be the popular route.
I went to WalMart the other day, and a little girl was screaming at her mother to buy her something. Screaming. The mother gave in. What lesson was passed to this child? For years North Korea has been screaming and we have given in. What lesson has North Korea been taught? Or any nation that takes aid from the US; That's okay to take and take and take, because we will be there to give you anything you want. It's time for that to change. But before that change takes affect, we should all start doing our clothes shopping now, and if you want that Samsung Tv set or cell phone...
Do your Christmas shopping early.
Again, back to the program I was watching on Liberia. To make a long story a little shorter... The President was taking from his people... 100 million/yr. The people got pissed, rebellions formed. Mainly from ex-military and such who seized control of diamond mines and drug trade. They started recruiting children. Some children in that country have been fighting in the military for 10 years, and they are only 17, 18 years old.
The rebellions terrorized communities, rather than taking on the government. Mainly making slaves out of the people in their area, taking their children to join the war...etc. One mention was that children make excellent soldiers, because if you supply them with drugs, you don't have to feed them much and they can fight for long periods of time without getting tired. Oh the boundless energy of youth. It's no wonder that rapper Daddy Saj, a Sierra Leone native's biggest hit was a song called 'Corruption'.
However in a country that has been plagued by rebellion, lack of power, food, medical supplies, doctors, and just the basics that we all take for granted, there was a shinning example... A group of men, had started a soccer league. Each of the men in the league had lost a leg.
With no medical attention or doctors to fix them up; most of the docs had been chased from town by the rebels, these men endured and started a soccer league...Sierra Leone amputees in a league of their own...They play crutched and one legged, hopping around having a great time. They expect nothing and ask for even less. Aren't these people the ones that we should be helping? Aren't they the ones that deserve a little attention?
I am a simple guy with no political experience, but what is right is right. There are no in betweens and there are no half measures. If you have an idea that would change the world, and the means to make it happen, don't shelter it waiting for a political advantage. John Kerry says that he would fight the fight against terrorism a better way... Well John, the fight is already here, if you have something to contribute, do it. Same goes for other politicans who rant and bitch about how they have a better way. The time is now, the fight is on... The world's in turmoil. Oh wait, shit... Presidential elections arent for a couple more years. Oops, I better keep quiet til then.
Sorry this was a little long... I had to let it fully boil before serving it up.
Good day all... There is no word of the day, just a promise.. one that you should make to yourself. Promise to not give in to the stupidity of the world around you. While you may not have helped to create it, your silence is allowing it to continue. Stand up, not necessarily for what you believe.. because many of us, believe some pretty stupid shit.... Promise to stand up for what is RIGHT!

Eat Something, maybe?
I was once again checking over news stories, and spotted a photo of a Guy Laroche fashion show. Now while it may be true that Americans are the fattest group of people on this planet.
Even our pets are fat!
Maybe we don't walk enough, I know Lindsey is always getting on me about that..."Walk the dogs, walk the dogs, did you walk the dogs?" "Um, No." It's true, we could all probably use a little more health in our daily routines... but how in some peoples minds does this...
become an image of health.
What happens to these people mentally, to look in the mirror and think, "I'm fat." It boggles me. What bothers me more is the fact that models like the one pictured above actually get hired to work a runway. What the hell was Guy Laroche thinking? Tell this woman, "NO!" Call her a cab and give her 4 bucks for a double quarter pounder meal from the McDee.
I mean for celebrities, it's probably all the dancing to the sounds of the bolivian marching band that makes 'em shed the weight. "Sniff, Snort...Let's skip dinner and just go to the bar."

Patriotism
Over the past few days I have been impressed with the amount of patriotism that I have seen in this country. Not from all, but again from the silent majority. They are starting to speak up, and it’s fantastic. In Alaska’s native villages, the majority of the people who stay there are extremely poor, and live in some of the most extreme terrain this nation has to offer. Venezuelan President Chavez
under the Citgo label has been offering the people of these villages oil for heating. After his comments referring to President Bush as ‘The Devil’ and a ‘Terrorist’ the people of Alaska said they would rather freeze than take his handouts... Alaskan Villagers Refuse Oil... I personally think it’s a shame that we don’t we have some sort of system in place for these people… I mean we are talking about a couple hundred living in these villages, and there is literally millions of barrels of oil pumping out right next door, yet they pay anywhere from five to eight dollars per gallon. Now rather than take the charity, which is really just an underhanded way of Chavez trying to undermine the government of the U.S., they instead choose to turn on their furnaces for only a couple of hours in the morning and night. Temps in that region reach -15 degrees F with 20-25 mph winds. Now that’s patriotism.
In Boston, a city councilor wants to take down the famous Citgo sign in Kenmore Square which looms over Fenway Park...
Boston Takes Aim at Citgo Sign... He proposed replacing it with an American Flag. Nothing wrong with that!
Okay, going back to a previous post, telling entertainers to shut up! Entertain us. On Tuesday...
Barbara Streisand, while performing a concert in NYC decided to do a Bush bashing bit. New Yorkers weren’t having it. Bab’s started receiving boos and heckles to get on with the show. As classy as she is, she told the New York hecklers to, and I quote, “SHUT THE F**K UP…SHUT UP IF YOU CAN’T TAKE A JOKE!” Apparently they weren’t laughing. Whether you’re a republican or a democrat, we are all getting tired of the bashing. Just because the camera or spotlight is on you, it does not give you the right to ‘shove’ your views on the rest of us. Entertainers seem to forget that more than half the country voted for Mr. Bush. So while some of his views may not be popular, there is a good chance that half of your audience voted for him. The only one I’ve seen get it right so far was...
Lewis Black. He made a joke about Bush and there was a ‘boo’ from the audience, he said in his own way, ‘a Clinton lover, don’t worry, I’ll get to him too.' And, he did. There are two things that I tell most people when dealing with people they don't know that well; workmates; acquaintances; etc… keep your political and religious views quiet. Usually it only causes trouble.

Read between the lines...
The latest news to hit the stands...
Illegal Immigrants Sue Wendy's.
Here is the article...Immigrants Sue Wendy's...
In all honesty, when you read the article you may feel a little bad for these river jumping folk... however the last line states...
(Daniel Oliveras)
"I'm not safe anymore," said Olivares, who has been in the country 14 years.
Let me reiterate that last line, "I'm not safe anymore," said Oliveras, WHO HAS BEEN IN THE COUNTRY FOR 14, FOURTEEN YEARS.
How Long?...or should I say... Cuántos años señor Oliveras?
Now I don't know about you, but if Calvin Ayre
can amass a 1 billion dollar fortune in only 6 years, I think señor Oliveras could have legally gained citizenship or at the very least, aquired a work visa.
But the tide of the time is to SUE, SUE, SUE... You're in a country illegally for 14 years, sue the company you work for when they let you go. While breaking into a home, you get shot. Sue the homeowner...Burglar sues homeowner...how dare he protect his home! Starbucks doesn't accept your coupon for a free drink..Sue 'em for $114 million...Starbucks sued over recalled coupon
This shit has got to stop... which brings me back to my previous post... I'm tired of... Lawyers. Again not all of them, just the jackasses.
If you would like to see some more stupid lawsuits, check out this website...Stupid Lawsuits
Back to our illegal friend, señor Oliveras...
(veo el dinero)
Here is my take. Wendy's should have to reimburse him the money that they took from his paycheck for legal expenses, since it was their attorneys fault for not filing the paperwork. Give him his job back, with a deadline of 60 days to acquire a work visa, to which they will help him as previously offered.
See, I can be fair.
Hell, it's a much better option than what Mexico offers. It's appalling that we rarely hear or read about Mexico's Immigration law...Mexico's Immigration Law
Under Mexican law, it is a felony to be an illegal alien in Mexico & Mexico annually deports more illegal aliens than the United States does. Here is another good article on the topic...What would Mexico Do...?
On second thought, maybe he should just go home.
The word of the day, in honor of señor Oliveras:
PROCRASTINATION
verb: Delay or postpone action; put off doing something.
Illegal Immigrants Sue Wendy's.
Here is the article...Immigrants Sue Wendy's...
In all honesty, when you read the article you may feel a little bad for these river jumping folk... however the last line states...

Im tired of...
Okay, Im reading my news of the day and this headline prompted me to spat about something else.
Sienna Miller apologizes to Pittsburgh.
Who gives a shit. This woman's greatest claim to fame is the fact that she dated Jude Law. THAT'S IT! I'm tired of Hollywood, or the media pumping these people to be something they are not. It's ridiculous. I mean that was on my 'Most viewed News Stories' watch section in my yahoo. Who gives a shit?.. most watched news stories... maybe WE DO give a shit.
Yet on the flip side of things.... The Amish girl who asked the gunman to take her life in order to spare the younger children was 3rd on the most viewed stories list. Amish or not... the girl was a hero. A hero worthy of praise and remembrance.
I remember years ago... many many years ago, when a plane went down in the Chesapeake Bay, one of the survivors stayed behind in the icy water and helped others climb out to safety... By the time the rescue workers came back to get him, he had frozen to death. That's a hero.. People like this are worthy of book deals, and movie offers. I think they should be the rich and mighty.
I have a theory... it's called the 'Silent Majority' theory. It's going to rock this world within the next 10 years.
Here is the tired list....
I AM TIRED OF.... LACK OF COURTESY
I AM TIRED OF.... EGO.
I AM TIRED OF.... Selfishness. And we are all to blame.
I AM TIRED OF.... Illegal immigrants who FEEL they are owed something.
I AM TIRED OF.... United States citizens who feel it necessary to publicly blast the US.
I AM TIRED OF.... The same people who blast the US to foreign audiences.
I AM TIRED OF.... The media stretching the truth to fit an agenda.
I AM TIRED OF.... People not holding the door open.
I AM TIRED OF.... Auto makers making us believe that 30MPG is a good thing. We should be at 100MPG by now.
I AM TIRED OF.... Politicians.. as a whole they are all a bunch of selfish pieces of shit. ALL OF THEM. I don't care if you're a DEM or a REP. This shit is getting old.
I AM TIRED OF.... Lawyers. Not all of them... but most. I think they have systematically destroyed this country. Them along with the politicians who listened them. While we're on it...
I AM TIRED OF.... JUDGES. You had the final say... NICE JOB!
I AM TIRED OF.... People who do not do what they say they will do. If you don't plan on doing it... don't say you will. SIMPLE!
I AM TIRED OF.... Actors and Actresses who make political stands. You never heard a damn thing from Reagan or Arnold for that matter... but when they wanted to do something... they joined the arena and made a stand. Good for them. You think we will ever see Jane Fonda
or Susan Sarandon join the races?
(Check out the t-shirt)
...Doubt it. How about Ben Affleck, or George Clooney, or that Damn Dixie bitch.
(Read the sign & think... She's the embarrassment)
To publicly blast your country while on Foreign Soil is, in my opinion...disgusting, or to allow a foreign diplomat to come to this country and blast away... Take the case of the Venezuelan dick head.
What balls on this guy. They have their agenda, and positive change isn't one of them. Shut up! Entertain us. If you want to be a politician.. join the fight. I can completely understand anyone being opposed to a war, and wanting to stop it. Anyone. We shouldn't have wars. But this war of words is not about the war at hand... it is a war on Bush. And that shit has got to stop. He's not the only one responsible. THEY ALL ARE! Where were the protests when Saddam was killing his own people... where are the protests concering Darfur.
Christ for that matter.. how about the Seal Killings in Canada.
I can't help but tear up everytime I see this... It's senseless and barbaric.
This self serving agenda has to be a wake up call to the American public at some point. The fight isn't against the President... It should be against terrorism, poverty, famine, genocide... you name it. The President isn't alone in the decisions he makes. Don't get me wrong... Im not supporting anyone. Should we have gone to Iraq? I don't know... Should Saddam have been taken out of power...absolutely. Are there others on the list that deserved a higher priority...maybe. With the latest clashes between the Clinton camp and the pro-Bushies, over whose fault it was for the 9-11 attacks... ASSHOLES... it was Bin Ladens fault. END OF STORY. I guess we are all more concerned over what Suri looks like,
or whether Bradgelina or Madonna adopted a Cambodian kid. In the Forbes top 400 richest people in the US... 400 people just in the US... not one of them was a millionaire... they were all BILLIONAIRES. These people alone net worth is 1.25 TRILLION dollars. Holy Shit. Single handedly they could wipe out many of the problems in the world. Not that it is their responsibility... Im just leaving a nugget out there for you to do with what you please.
I AM TIRED OF.... Politicians who bitch and moan about tax cuts for the rich. For that matter, anyone who bitches and moans about tax cuts for the rich. Almost all of the politicians who complain about this particular topic are richer than 85% of the voting public. So who the hell are they kidding. Here is an interesting article... Just read the first couple of paragraphs... DO IT! The Millionaires Club Do you really think they want a tax on the rich?
I AM TIRED OF.... People who complain... which is why I am ending this now. :o)
Good day all...
The word for today is...
LOBOTOMY:
noun: A surgical operation involving incision into the prefrontal lobe of the brain, formerly used to treat mental illness.
(We're all due for one of these.. or at least Washington and Hollywood)

Hollywood Problems

Where do you begin?
Anyway... I think the 'my father is famous so give me job' clan has to go. What happened to the good actors? The ones we all know and love are getting old now, but the newbies leave a lot to be desired. Im watching six degrees right now... I never understood the appeal of Erika Christensen.
Its not even an opinion matter.. she's not that good. I have never been able to like this woman. Swim Fan... please. I think what bothers me the most is when Hollywood pushes non attractive women on us, but offers them up as HOT. Uma Thurman, well, she has a little talent... a little.
But don't tell me she's hot.
Paris Hilton... isn't this shit with her getting old. The 'socialite'. Not only is she a dipshit.. and she is a dipshit... she can't act for shit. She doesn't look like the way she is portrayed. I mean if the last name wasn't Hilton, were would she be in life. Probably working at Wal-Mart, where according to her, "They sell Walls." The sexiest thing about her, or about her type of people is their confidence... It's unwavering. Maybe it's caused by growing up 'Hollywood". Everyone out here thinks they're somebody. I grew up in New England.. catholic... so i know my faults. Just imagine, where would she be if her name was Lisa Carlton from Wichita, Kansas...Probably pregnant with the back-up quarterbacks kid, living in trailer park. Her porn video would have been called simply 'Trailer-Trash'.
Maybe it itches from the sexathon with Shannen Doherty's ex.
Is that Lisa Carlton, or is it Paris... I can't tell.
I mean, If they actually were able to ACT, or at least took roles that supported the way they act... maybe that's the key, I would understand a bit better.
I watched Friday Night Lights the other night... It's a hard thing to shoot sports... Directors think they get it... They don't, well very few do. Friday Night Lights was way too choppy for the feeling that the show was to portray. Watch it next time and think about that. Handheld camera with too many fast paced cuts. They gave it a look like...'The Shield', but it didn't fit the mood of the show.
This is an Adam original...
Word of the day:
Amlette: A person of Amish decent under the age of 16.
HAHAHAHAHA!
You can use it.... but give me credit.

Okay... Im watching The Girls Next Door on E. The reality show about Hef and his 3 blonde ladies.
The 'girls' are throwing a baby shower for an ex-playmate, and are all getting emotional. Hef's main girl Holly...
...desperately wants to have children with the 80 yr old Hef. Um, what? The most liberal side of me can understand why people would do certain things they do... He's Hef, it's Playboy, it's a rich and luxurious life in a mansion located in LA... I get it. But kids. I don't know. They do make a nice looking couple though.
Quoting the great Jimmy Dworski... "A toast on that the Cubs may win the World Series..., and big tits."
